India qualified for the ICC Women’s World T20 semi-finals, in which they registered their third successive win in Group B match on Thursday with a 52-runs win over Ireland. Experienced Indian opener Mithali Raj at Providence Stadium in Guyana scored her 17th half century making a positive win with a score of 51 runs in 56 balls hitting 4 fours and 1 six. With 67 runs of partnership, Mithali Raj and Smriti Mandhana managed to give India a good start. While the Irish bowlers managed to stop India at 145/6.
