However, yellowing of teeth is a natural process. As you age, your teeth will get yellow, no matter what. Don’t panic it is a natural process, having sugar items or chocolate may be led to staining or yellow teeth but there are some random and effective items in your kitchen or household that can be used to whiten your teeth naturally.

1. Salt

Salt is mordant in nature, it strengthens your teeth, by tightening gums and detoxifying them. You can use a salt solution, gargle twice or thrice a day. Or add a pinch of table salt to your daily toothpaste every time you brush in the morning or before going to sleep, results have already been seen.

2. Orange Peels
Whenever you have an orange next or lemon, don’t throw the peel into the trash. It might seem like foolish but believe me, it is the most effective one. The peel contains manganese and potassium which recharges the enamel. Rub it gently on your teeth with a little salt, before brushing your teeth. It will remove stain and plaque from the surface of your teeth.

3. Lemon Juice
